These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FIX MASTER LLC website and the appliance repair services we provide in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. By using our website or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

FIX MASTER LLC provides in-home repair, diagnostic, installation, and maintenance services for residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, and similar household equipment. Services are offered subject to technician availability and the scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Estimates, Diagnostic Fees, and Pricing

A diagnostic service fee may apply to each call and is disclosed before the appointment is confirmed. Repair estimates are provided after on-site evaluation. Pricing for parts and labor is communicated to you for approval before work begins. Unforeseen issues discovered during repair may require an updated estimate, which must also be approved before additional work proceeds.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods identified at the time of service. Returned payments and chargebacks may incur additional fees as permitted by Colorado law.

4. Warranty

FIX MASTER LLC warrants its labor for thirty (30) days from the date of completed repair, and parts according to the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, misuse, abuse, power surges, improper installation by others, acts of nature, or appliances that have been serviced or modified by anyone other than FIX MASTER LLC after our visit. Warranty service requires reasonable access to the appliance and is void if the original receipt is not produced.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least two (2) hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments without notice may result in a trip charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, FIX MASTER LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of food, loss of use, or loss of business, arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent. All trademarks, logos, and content on the site are the property of FIX MASTER LLC or their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Brands

References to appliance brands (e.g., Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Bosch, KitchenAid, and others) are used solely to identify the appliances we service. FIX MASTER LLC is an independent repair company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer unless specifically stated.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
